My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2007 Ford F350 Powerstroke truck, from Certified Cars, Inc, for our construction business. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager is a respectable, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. We were never pushed or cajoled into buying something we didn't want like you may find at other dealers. The truck is truly a great find. I researched a lot of trucks in the area, and this one was the 'perfect' find at the right price. We bought the truck right before the huge snow storm of 2010, and I can not begin to tell you how grateful we were to have it! We plan to buy another Powerstroke next year and a luxury SUV. As my wife and I move into the 2nd phase of our life with a child on the way we needed to upgrade both of our vehicles to suite our new needs and wants. We stopped by CCI to see a couple SUVs my wife had seen on their internet site. Zeke helped us out and was both pressure
& hassle free and was an all around pleasant guy to talk with. We were impressed with his calm and laid back demeanor and non salesman like approach. He showed us all the SUVs we wanted to see and even a couple that were not on the site yet they had just purchased, he did not try and stick us with a certain ride or make, he was very patient and an overall friendly guy to deal with.

We decided to move forward with the SUV he suggested and we were next introduced to Jason and Todd both who also couldn't have been more friendly, kinder or outgoing, still no typical 'tactics', 'pressure', or 'hard sells'. The inside of CCI was very clean and the whole staff was very kind, once inside a female greeted us and asked us if we wanted coffee, tea or donuts and escorted us to a sitting area with a couple leather couches and a flat screen tv with the news on, we felt very nice and the atmosphere was warm, clean and inviting. Zeke came back to tell us they were going to fill the SUV up with gas and take care of the final details and to see Todd to finalize the deal. Todd had us out of his office in less than 15 minutes and we were on the road heading home in our SUV that cost us less than we initially set out to spend. We also did not get pressured into any type of special warranties or other 'add on' items and I actually inquired about the extended warranty and Todd said to stick with their 6 month warranty and within that time I can buy the extended if I like...I couldn't believe my ears.

We spent the next week looking for our 2nd vehicle and my wife said let’s give CCI a call and see if they will take our trade in. We called and spoke directly to Todd again (and just recently found out he is the VP) and he offered us more for our trade in than we thought. I was initially going to try and use Craig’s List to sell it but that was just too much of a hassle and the experience was so pleasant at CCI we ended up trading in our more singles sedan and having Todd and Zeke put us into a 4 door family friendly Honda.

Certified Cars Inc provided me with an amazing buying experience. To be honest, I wasn’t really in the market to get a new car but having been friends with Todd for a long time now, I thought to myself, “ What the heck?” and took a ride down to see him and get a taste of what everyone has been referring to as the CCI experience. When I pulled onto the lot I was immediately impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff and not to mention the vast variety of cars, trucks and SUV’s they had on their lot. After greeting Todd he immediately hooked me up with Big George. George and I hit it off right away and we talked about the type of vehicle that I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure that we found the exact truck that met my needs, both physically and financially. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was being taken advantage of. It was truly one of the most comfortable and smoothest transactions that I have ever been a part of and I have already referred members of my family to CCI and will continue to refer anyone I know who is looking to buy a certified used car.

As a side note, I witnessed an event while I was there signing my contract that really made me realize that I was doing the right thing and with the right people and that I feel totally encompasses the CCI experience. As I was walking out the door with Todd, Jason and George a shiny Dodge Durango pulled up to the lot. When the couple got out of the car they brought along their newborn from the backseat. It turns out that the couple had purchased their Durango from CCI as their new family vehicle about a week before their child was born. They had thought so highly of Todd, Jason and the rest of the CCI team that they were returning to introduce their newborn to everyone there. It was as that moment that I realized this was the place to be and that everyone CCI really cares about their customer and not just making a sale as you usually find at other dealerships.

If you are looking a customer first buying experience then Certified Cars Inc is the place for you. I know that I’ll never buy another car or truck from anyone else. Thanks Todd, Jason, George and the rest of the CCI staff for making this such a great experience.

This place and the staff here are awesome, a couple years back I passed by and saw a Trans am that I liked, I stopped in and bought it on the spot, then referred my mom to them where she bought a Chevy Malibu and today I just bought a 05 ford f250 super duty. There’s only one bad thing about this place and that is, it’s fun buying cars from them because they have the best vehicles, the best warranty and the staff are just all round great people :) I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a car or truck!!! I would like to thank Certified Cars Inc. I have bought 4 cars. One H 2. Jeep wrangler. Nissan Altima. And a Ford F 350 6.0 diesel from them. Recently had my turbo blow out on my truck. So I called the warranty place, they sent a tow truck to my house and towed the truck for free. To where I wanted it towed to. The shop was Maryland performance diesel. They fixed the truck no problem. The shop said the warranty company was very easy to deal with. And the warranty company paid for everything. All I had to pay was the $100.00 co pay. Also the shop said this was the best warranty they have seen from a used car lot. They said the warranties they usually see don't even cover the things that normal fail on the 6.0 diesels. I want to thank the warranty company, Certified Cars Inc., and M. P. D. If you need a good used car or truck with a good warranty. CERTIFIED CARS INC. IS THE PLACE TO GO.
